Exclamation No need water conditioner?

Hi Guys!

I'm back to the hobby again and probably forgotten most of the skills. So what water conditioner should I use for my betta? Or just age like 1 day? No need salt too?

I am thinking of putting money plant in my tank. Swee bo or betta cant tahan?

Water conditioner is a need because 1 day aged water may still have heavy metals/ chlorine chloramine.
Money plant seem to be okay (at least for me) betta doesnt seem to care about the roots and the plant grows like a jungle

The white one is perfect, plus cheap ($0.80 to $1)
overuse also no effect. is also okay for platys, mollies, guppies, bichirs, gouramis and freshwater yabby.
but the nutrafin brand is better in terms of ability to repair the slime coat of the fishes (but when one does not have the budget, the cheaper one is ideal )

Yes bro. Got the OF anti chlorine special and petfran salt. Used like 1/4 capful of anti chlorine and 1 small tsp of salt. Dw to risk not using anti chlorine!

depends on what tank you use.
for the males (i know the tank is too small for them as they are moved often and bigger tanks will get me killed from fatigue. searching for a permanent space for the tanks before they return to bigger tanks) i put them in SQ5 and change 80% per 2 days with aged, conditioned, cycled water
For females (no filter and pump community tank) i change water 50% per week with aged, conditioned, cycled water.
depends on how you keep your bettas though. everyone has different type of water change. find what is suitable for you and your betta
